The Powerwagon Trailer is designed and built for portable or fixed solar use. It is ideal for cabins, excellent for construction site power. The Powerwagon Trailer supplies portable solar power where you need it, when you need it.
Designed for efficiency! The 45-degree roof, constructed of strong ¾” plywood, is designed to mount solar panels on either side. The 45 degree roof pitch is perfect for most portable solar applications.
Designed for ease of use! Brackets are available to make mounting solar panels a snap. Wiring raceways (Panduit) make wiring your solar system simple.
The system is easy to insulate and heat or cool making it practical for any climate.
Every Powerwagon includes a heavy duty generator support frame, making installing a generator for a supplement to solar power simple.
The Powerwagon Trailer also comes with the following options:

Designed for portability! Heavy 1/8” thick aluminum edges the entire roof, holding the 90# roofing down in any wind (even on the road at 65 MPH!). The entire roof surface is tarred with high adhesion plastic cement before the felt is applied, ensuring security.
Designed for strength! The strong steel frame is designed to carry the weight of heavy deep cycle batteries without flexing or bending. The double 3”x2” steel frame holds your system securely. The floor is ¾” treated plywood with steel crossmembers on 12” centers. The steel crossmembers are 12” apart, welded to the 3” frame with MIG welding. This allows you to use the heaviest batteries safely. The unit is designed to hold 12 GC-2 batteries, or up to 12 of the popular L16 batteries.
A 3500” axle carries your solar system load safely and securely.
Designed for looks! The Powerwagon comes standard with 8” o.c. T1-11 Douglas fir siding, primed with high quality Kilz paint. For an additional charge, specify your choice from available colors.
Panduit raceways make your solar wiring look neat and professional.

The Powerwagon is priced to be your best value solution to portable solar power. The cost of the Powerwagon with double 3x2” steel frame, rear access door, flow thru venting system (less fans), 3500# axle, 2” coupler, all DOT required lighting, 2000# wind up jack and safety chains is $2495.

If you are interested in becoming a dealer, a purchase of three units is required. You will qualify for a 20% discount on three trailers. Shipping for all units is $1/mile ($0.33/mile per unit if you purchase 3 units, $0.25/mile if you purchase 4 units).
